DO I NEED TO RENEW MY RE:PRESENTATIVE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY?
No: Your Re:presentative Agreement only needs to be signed when you join. If there are any significant policy changes you will be notified. Your Re:presentative account with Re:Beauty will remain open indefinitely unless you or the Company act to close it for any reason.
HOW MUCH PRODUCT DO I NEED TO SELL TO KEEP MY RE:PRESENTATIVE STATUS?
As long as you have a Qualifying Personal Order of at least $200 in any 6 month period, your account will remain Active. If your account becomes inactive, you can always re-activate it by placing a Qualifying Order. We will not close your account without prior notification!
Please note that you must have Qualifying Personal Volume of at least $200 in each month to be eligible to earn commissions that month.
HOW MANY PEOPLE DO I NEED TO RECRUIT TO KEEP MY RE:PRESENTATIVE STATUS?
There are no recruiting requirements.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DECIDE BEING A RE:PRESENTATIVE IS NOT RIGHT FOR ME?
You can cancel the agreement and receive a full refund if your cancellation occurs within the first 30 days following the Agreements’ activation and upon the return of your original and unused WELCOME KITS and any unused product purchased. Product purchases will only be refunded within this initial 30 day period.
In the event the Agreement is terminated and the original and unused WELCOME KITS are returned to the Company after the initial thirty (30) day cancellation period but within one (1) year of purchase, a refund will be issued equal to ninety percent (90%) of the Re:presentative’s original net cost.
If for whatever reason you decide to close your account as a Re:presentative, we require you to notify us in writing. Following receipt of your letter we will send you a verification email which must be replied to and then we will follow up with a brief phone call from our customer service department. We do this to verify and be sure you understand that you'll be forfeiting any existing downline and accumulated business which the Company will re-assign. When you resign and voluntary close your account please be aware that should you decide to later re-join the Company, you'd have to wait a mandatory 6 months before being able to present a new application.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF BOUTIQUES THAT I MAY HOST IN A YEAR?
No, host as many as you wish.
WHEN WILL MY REWARDS BE SHIPPED?
After a Boutique ends, you will receive notification on your Boutique Management page and the rewards you earn will be shipped as soon as you confirm your selection.
CAN I REGISTER TO BECOME A RE:PRESENTATIVE AFTER I HAVE HOSTED A BOUTIQUE?
Yes, you can become a Re:presentative at any time. The only limitation is that you cannot be a Re:presentative AND a Re:Beauty Associate at the same time.

WHEN WILL I GET MY PRODUCTS?
We strive to ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving them. You can track your order online as soon as it ships
CAN A RE:MEMBER BECOME A RE:PRESENTATIVE? IF SO, IS MY $49 MEMBERSHIP FEE REFUNDED?
Yes, you can become a Re:presentative at anytime. If this is done within the first 30 days of your Re:membership, then the $49 fee will be applied towards the WELCOME KIT of your choice.
