RETURNS POLICY

Products returned within 30 days from the date the order was placed are eligible for a full refund, less any shipping costs incurred. No exchanges will be processed.

If you purchased the products from one of our Independent Re:presentatives:

Please contact your Independent Re:presentative and request the refund through them. If you are unable to reach your Re:presentative or have any other issues with your return then please use the Contact Us button below.

If you purchased the products directly from the company:

STEP 1 Please complete and submit to Re:Beauty the CUSTOMER PRODUCT RETURN FORM

STEP 2 Re:Beauty will respond to your request within 2 business days. In some cases, credits will be issued automatically. However, you may be required to return the products to our home office. Instructions will be provided.

STEP 3 Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming the refund and the amount credited to your original form of payment.

We offer flat-rate $9.95 shipping fee on all orders. Re:Beauty products may be shipped directly to you or as a “gift” to another address. Our system is designed so that each order ships to one address only. You are welcome to place subsequent orders to ship to different addresses.

All orders are processed within 1 or 2 business days and ship for delivery. Our schedule provides for delivery of your products within 1 to 3 business days. Re:presentatives can directly submit orders through rebeauty.com for shipment to their customers; and Associate re:wards (which always ship free) are processed and shipped as soon as a Boutique Party closes.

Re:members receive free shipping on all orders.  

Re:presentatives receive free shipping on all orders over $500 (retail value).

Boutique Orders – Re:presentatives may submit customer orders immediately to re:beauty.com for processing and shipment directly to the customer.  Associate rewards are processed and shipped when the boutique closes.  As a special thank-you, Associate rewards always ship free.

We do understand; however, that there may be situations where a customer may not be completely satisfied with their purchase. We offer an unconditional guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of our products, you may simply return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges).
